Logo Fix

The pmOS has what I would consider "bugs" in a design sense. This MR aims to fix that. The plan would be to also mention this change formally (if it would be a necessary thing to do) along with the new name blog post.

Some previous bugs

There is this extra node, and it's not aligned

If you align two of the "legs" to each other, they don't match up

With this new logo, the pmOS logo follows a consistent construction. The construction becomes defined as so:

The logo.svg and logo.png files were then optimized to be the smallest and cleanest as possible.

(old is blue, it's a little closer between the arrows mainly)

As can be seen from the comparisons, the main visual difference is the gap between the arrows is a little larger now, but I think as a logo that is commonly used in small scenarios, that's for the better anyways, and looks a bit nicer.
