Machine readable index of images

Let's create an index, as proposed here: https://gitlab.com/postmarketOS/postmarketos/-/issues/38#note_524233141

This will be used by a graphical desktop installer, to display and download available images before flashing.

Play with the ubports installer a bit to get a feel of how it will look like in the UI.
