Sync navigation with postmarketos.org

Apply changes to the header from https://gitlab.com/postmarketOS/postmarketos.org/-/merge_requests/110/ (published together with v21.06 release) to cast.postmarketos.org too. As usually, by cherry-picking the commits, making them apply here and testing that it looks good / adjusting as necessary.
