Following some discussion about this here: https://gitlab.postmarketos.org/postmarketOS/docs.postmarketos.org/-/merge_requests/31#note_515125 It seems like, at least for now, we should consider making attendance at the team meeting required for program participants. The following wording was proposed: > Participants are required to attend the biweekly team meetings. Absences must be excused by a board member (but not the participant themselves), with no more than 1 unexcused absence per quarter. Participants may be removed from the program if there are more than 1 unexcused absence in a period.
