Relicense to MPL-2.0 for upstreaming

I'm not sure exactly why I chose a different license in the first place, probably because I didn't consider that these hacks could be upstreamed eventually. But now that some of the configurations in this repository would actually be useful upstream, most noteworthy fixes to about: pages that make them more adaptive, let's relicense to MPL-2.0 and begin the upstreaming process (#28).

Everybody who contributed code, is it fine with you to do the license change? Please reply here in the issue.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
