touch does not work with ESR >= 115

Similar to #48 (closed) the touch input is mostly broken.

(I briefly played around with it, and for some reason it started working again after connecting developer tools, even though I didn't change anything, and it kept working even after restarting firefox... but not anymore after deleting the profile.)

I can't look at it in detail right now, but it probably makes sense to just get rid of the move-bar-to-bottom hack if that fixes it (#48 (comment 1224871946)). I know that people like it, and I've gotten used to it too, but by now I think it is much more valuable to have the config close to upstream FF and start getting the improvements upstream with the goal that all the mobile friendly adjustments from this config do live upstream.

To people affected by this: I'll try to find time this week to make a new version of the config, but no promises. If it's important to you, consider fixing it yourself and make a MR. (Related)
