userChrome/urlbar: Hide tracking container

Optionally hide the protections icon and popup. It can be unhidden by adding mcf.showprotectionsicon in about:config and setting it to true.

This feature does not exist in Firefox for Android and really clutter the urlbar.

(This makes it so that all of MR !53 (closed) that got closed when migrating to gitlab.postmarketos.org is now submitted again.)

Please also make unrelated style changes in a separate commit first here :) Otherwise LGTM, thanks a lot!
