Fixing urlbar popout on current Firefox

Since (AFAIR) Firefox 133, we have an issue where the URL bar disappears while typing. You can still type, but it is not a great user experience.

This fixes this.

Remaining issues:

  • narrow suggestion window in FF 136 (I have tried setting a wider width, which works on 136, but had negative side effects on ESR 128 - the URLbar would move when activated),
  • vertical order and spacing could be better, especially with mcf.addressbarontop=true.
