test_upstream_compat: drop test_qt_versions (MR 15)

We haven't had a qt5 package in pmaports for years. This was more
relevant in the early days of plasma mobile packaging. Remove this
test, it is currently broken (not compatible with pmb v3) and rewriting
it is not worth it.
