commit messages like community/device-maker-{a, b} do not pass the regex check with pmaports mrhlpr.json

was trying to merge pmaports!5781 (merged), but the commit message formatting step in mrhlpr is not easy to satisfy:

community/device-samsung-{e6, grandmax}: change maintainers email (MR 5781) should work but does not.

• mrhlpr reads the .mrhlpr.json file from pmaports root-dir correctly.
• other MR with the {..} formatting have been merged before.
