mrhlpr.mr: Also include systemd repo when upgrading

Otherwise apk won't fetch packages from the systemd extra repo when using mrtest upgrade.

Not cute, but I don't think we have a nice way to auto-detect repos so far. Should we make a new release?

It'd be good to make a new release, but I'd like for someone to test it first.

I tested it, this does indeed fix the problem.
