Support non-pmOS devices as well
Description
obex-capabilities retrieves the information about the device/hardware from pmOS /etc/deviceinfo currently.
This makes upstreaming to Alpine a problem and other distros cannot use this either.
Solution
Retrieve the following information:
- Device name
- Manufacturer
- Codename
Add it as a fallback for /etc/deviceinfo
