Make NTP work with pmOS

    postmarketOS uses chronyd, not ntpd. openrc-settingsd doesn't understand that and still uses busybox ntpd. Fix that.

    To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information

      This should be doable using the existing --ntp-service Preferred rc NTP service for timedated, just need to configure that in pmaports somehow.
