Publish detailed financial ODF extracted from OCE API

We get the numbers in a more standardized way to be able to approve budgets and have visibility (e.g: remove fiscal sponsorship fees, etc.), and possibly would make sense to have this all here, instead of getting values spread around blog posts. In the end, the data is public and anybody can extract it
