postmarketos-ui-sxmo: remove dependency on sacc (MR 2265)

This is a gopher client, the Sxmo community says this shouldn't be
installed automatically.

Uh, @craftyguy _pmb_recommends changes shouldn't get pkgrel bumps. _pmb_recommends is not part of the metadata of the package, so nothing in the resulting package actually changes.
