kde/peruse: fails to load reader component

What's the expected behaviour?

Peruse can open & read files (PDF, epub etc.).

What's the current behaviour?

Peruse shows error when trying to read any file.

How to reproduce your issue?

1. Install Peruse Comic Book Reader
2. Open it and try to open any supported file via "Open Other..."

UI shows following error message:

Failed to load the reader component. This is generally caused by broken packaging. Contact whoever you got this package from and inform them of this error.

Installing okular-mobile solves this problem, but not installing standard okular or okular-common. Is it okay to just add okular-mobile as a dependency?
