postmarketos-ui-phosh: Do not set GDK_BACKEND=wayland in /etc/profile.d

This var is being set by postmarketos-ui-phosh, and causes issues with some apps that need X11 (Chromium !2233 (merged), gsd-xsettings https://gitlab.alpinelinux.org/alpine/aports/-/merge_requests/21893#note_160972)

I've noticed that if I remove GDK_BACKEND=wayland, Firefox 89's UI is garbage:

broken FF 89 UI

So that needs to be resolved first, somehow (maybe explicitly set it for FF and any other apps?)
