Build all main and community devices with firewall enabled

Currently reviewing the firewall MRs (pmbootstrap!2042 (merged), !2060 (merged)), and this came to mind. After the firewall MRs are merged:

adjust configs of all devices in main and community to pass pmbootstrap kconfig check --nftables
adjust pmaports CI: all devices in main and community must pass this check
