samsung-serranove: Modem regression in v21.06 SP3/SP4?

What's the expected behaviour?

After upgrading to v21.06 SP3, the Modem should be working as before.

What's the current behaviour?

The modem is broken, the UI says no SIM card has been detected.

How to reproduce your issue?

Flash an earlier version (v21.06 without SP) and execute the following as root in the terminal: apk update && apk upgrade --available.
