Backlight still on even if screen is locked

Describe your issue

The display backlight stay on when phone is locked or autolocked. It gets dim to a minimun value but not turn off at all. On unlock the backlight gets medium value or previous adjustement value on brightness slider. The brightness slider can dim backlight until set completely off.

What's the expected behaviour?

That backlight dim to completely off when phone is locked
