Absent maintainers in community/ or main/

I've noticed that @lazzardo (maintaining BQ Aquaris X5) and @drebrez (maintaining Nokia N900) are not active anymore, last gitlab comment over 1 year ago and 8 months respectively. They also both haven't joined the release party matrix channel.

Fortunately both aren't the only maintainers of the devices so I propose removing them from the maintainer list. If they return they're both welcome to become maintainer again.
