[partially regression?] almost none of the AltGr+number keys on the pinephone keyboard work as intended

Almost none of the AltGr+number keys on the pinephone keyboard work as intended. Most just spit out ~, including when I try to type -, _, =, and +. Since - used to work at least (I remember _ being broken though), this appears to be at least in part a regression. I would suggest this is actually a notable usability problem because it's not possible to turn off the auto toggle of the on-screen keyboard either - it's only possible to disable it entirely. That however is entirely impractical when things as basic as - can't be typed anymore. So it would be helpful for practical use of the physical keyboard if these extra functions worked.

All the AltGr + number keys result in the expected characters

See above, most result in a different key of some sort. I don't know what's going wrong there though. Works now on Phosh, but still broken on Plasma Mobile as per comments below

Try to use a couple of AltGr + number keys on the pinephone keyboard on a fresh install

PinePhone 1.2 CE 3GB Allwinner with PinePhone Keyboard (the physical accessory one)
