pinetab doesn't boot

What's the expected behaviour?

The pinetab boots and starts phosh

What's the current behaviour?

The screen stays black when powered on.

How to reproduce your issue?

• pmbootstart init
  • Vendor: pine64
  • Device codename: pinetab
  • User interface: phosh
• Start Jumpdrive on pinetab
• pmbootstrap install --sdcard=/dev/sda
• Hold power button to power off
• Insert usb cable to power on
• Screen stays black and usb networking is not available

On what postmarketOS version did you encounter the issue?

• edge (master branch)

• v22.06

• I confirm that the issue still is present after running sudo apk upgrade -a

• I built it using pmbootstrap
• It was preinstalled on my device

What's the build date of the image? (in yyyy-mm-dd format)

Additional information

• The device does boot when User interface: plasma-mobile is choosen in pmbootstrap.
• The device does boot when Channel: v21.12 is choosen in pmbootstrap.
• I have a feeling this MR is related: !3263 (comment 1027457869)
