v22.12 Service Pack 2

The usual service pack discussion issue, suggestions welcome.

Candidates:

• Nheko 0.11.3 - Useful matrix client, lots of improvements over the version in stable today -> let's just backport it in aports, see below
• Latest Librem 5 device package + kernel from edge
• phosh, phoc, phosh-mobile-settings 0.26.0 0.25.2 (0.25.0 and 0.25.1 have severe bugs, so make sure to not backport those)
• millipixels 0.21.0

  • also requires the latest libcamera (is that going to be a problem for other things that use libcamera? -> probably not)
• waydroid fixes (!3901 (closed) and would also need pmbootstrap#2222 (closed))
  • to include the waydroid fixes, I've upgraded these kernels to the current version in pmOS edge: exynos4, omap, qcom-msm8996, rockchip, allwinner
• PPP: latest kernel + SD -> eMMC installer fix (!3978)
• Tuba
• mobile-config-firefox 4.0.0

ETA: ~ CW 14 (see date +%V for current calendar week)
