pine64-pinebookpro: backlight control not working on v23.06

Describe your issue

Backlight controls are not working by default in v23.06 for the Pinebook Pro.

I installed the Sway variant of the image, and attempted to control my brightness with light. It would only work with root permissions by default.

I believe the issue is related to !4113 (d5959679).

There appears to be no issue with removing that udev rule, but I couldn't control the backlight until I ran udevadm hwdb --update and rebooted. It seems replacing this in the post install script may resolve the issue.

Backlight controls being available without root permissions.

Root permissions are required.

Install v23.06 and attempt to change the brightness.
