pbsplash doesn't take into account panel orientation property from drm connector

What's the expected behaviour?

Using pmOS on device with panel mounted by 270 degrees, specifying panel rotation in dts, splash screen should be correctly rotated

What's the current behaviour?

tty console is in correct orientation, but pbsplash is in wrong

How to reproduce your issue?

Use pmOS on any device with panel orientation quirk
