v23.06 Service Pack 1

The usual service pack discussion issue, suggestions welcome.

Special about this service pack: I plan to have the staging repositories feature implemented in bpo first (https://gitlab.com/postmarketOS/build.postmarketos.org/-/issues/117), so the service pack can be tested by the testing team before we release it.

Roughly planned list of stuff to backport, may change:

• !4175 (merged) postmarketos-base: depend on tzdata
• !4194 (merged) device-pine64-pinebookpro: Enable s2idle in elogind
• upgrade phosh stack to latest (also !4332 (merged))
• awesome N900 stuff from Sicelo below

Not planned anymore:

• possibly a new gnome mobile version, if we upgrade it in master first and have it there for some time (@nikodunk usually did this, ping in case you are interested :) ) not worth it now, see below
• new mobile-config-firefox version (!4276 (merged)) the only change is the user agent, and that doesn't seem a good fit for backporting to stable as it causes problems: https://gitlab.com/postmarketOS/mobile-config-firefox/-/issues/39

Note that we are directly backporting some packages as it makes sense without a service pack.
