LXQt needs 'setxkbmap' to view/edit keyboard layout

What's the expected behaviour?
Default LXQt installation is properly configured to edit keyboard layout.
What's the current behaviour?
Package setxkbmap
is not installed by default so editing keyboard layout is inhibited.
What device are you using?
qemu-amd64
On what postmarketOS version did you encounter the issue?

I confirm that the issue still is present after running sudo apk upgrade -a

How did you get postmarketOS image?

I built it using pmbootstrap -
It was preinstalled on my device
What's the build date of the image? (in yyyy-mm-dd format)
Additional information
Keyboard layout maybe less relevant when dealing with virtual keyboards on tablets/phones if they have specific settings. But on QEMU it's annoying so I would put this in the "recommended" list.
