lomiri: Rebooting through the gui kills the current focused app instead of rebooting

Holding the power button and clicking "Restart" causes most of the apps open to close (or crash, I am unsure) and resets the brightness of the display.

What's the expected behaviour?

Holding the power button and clicking "Restart" restarts the device.

What's the current behaviour?

Holding the power button and clicking "Restart" breaks the open apps.

How to reproduce your issue?

Hold the power button and click "Restart".

What device are you using?

motorola-harpia (But this should affect all devices.)

On what postmarketOS version did you encounter the issue?

• edge (feature/lomiri branch)

• v23.12

• v23.06

• I confirm that the issue still is present after running sudo apk upgrade -a

On what environment did you encounter the issue?

Environments

• GNOME Shell on Mobile

How did you get postmarketOS image?

• from https://images.postmarketos.org
• I built it using pmbootstrap
• It was preinstalled on my device

Additional information

This is probably an issue with not having systemd.
