lomiri: Closing apps in staged mode fails most attempts

Attempting to swipe away applications to close them can lead to focusing them and sending the attempted close input to them.

Swiping up on applications after swiping from the right closes the app.

Swiping up on applications after swiping from the right focuses the app.

Swipe up on an application after swiping from the right.

What device are you using?

motorola-harpia (But this should affect all devices.)

On what postmarketOS version did you encounter the issue?

• edge (feature/lomiri branch)

• v23.12

• v23.06

• I confirm that the issue still is present after running sudo apk upgrade -a

How did you get postmarketOS image?

• I built it using pmbootstrap
• It was preinstalled on my device

This issue only appeared after updating qtmir to Mir2.
