lomiri: maliit-keyboard only shows in QT apps

The osk maliit-keyboard only appears in QT apps.

What's the expected behaviour?

Tapping on a text field in any app brings up the osk.

What's the current behaviour?

Tapping on a text field in any app does nothing.

How to reproduce your issue?

Tap on a text field.

What device are you using?

motorola-harpia (But this should affect all devices.)

On what postmarketOS version did you encounter the issue?

• edge (feature/lomiri branch)

• v23.12

• v23.06

• I confirm that the issue still is present after running sudo apk upgrade -a

On what environment did you encounter the issue?

Environments

• GNOME Shell on Mobile

How did you get postmarketOS image?

• from https://images.postmarketos.org
• I built it using pmbootstrap
• It was preinstalled on my device

Additional information

The reported method for GTK-2.0 and GTK-3.0 is https://github.com/maliit/inputcontext-gtk, yet when built this does not call the input methods (and will also not work with GTK-4.0 apps) This should be fixed when qtmir moves to Mir 2.16 as the Wayland text input protocol should be properly implimented.
