device-google-x64cros runs out of space in cgpt_kpart

I guess the kernel size increased recently, and now it doesn't fit the special cgpt_kpart partition anymore.

bpo is currently failing to build google-x64cros images.

• [ ] v23.12

• [ ] v23.06 (supported until 2024-01-18)

• [x] I confirm that the issue still is present after running sudo apk upgrade -a
