Sleep-inhibitor not installed by default on systemd images

What's the expected behaviour?
Sleep-inhibitor will prevent suspending while audio is being played, apk is upgrading packages, etc.
What's the current behaviour?
The package is not installed so doing any of the above actions will not prevent the device from suspending.
How to reproduce your issue?
Do above actions and wait for a suspend attempt.

On what postmarketOS version did you encounter the issue?

I confirm that the issue still is present after running sudo apk upgrade -a
