temporary package plasma 5.16.90(?)

KDE plasma 5.16.90 will be released tomorrow, which is beta release for 5.17 release.

5.17 is to be released on Oct 15 publicly. My proposal is to package 5.16.90 temporary in the pmOS before 5.17.x is packaged in Alpine next month.

Reason being, 5.16.90 brings several important bits and pieces.

  • app launcher model move to plasma-workspace making it usable for PlaMo
  • dmabuf patchset in kwin to make use of in Librem5 devkit.
  • Various system settings related changes

Any thoughts?
