pinephone: Bluetooth Audio

Currently getting Bluetooth Audio to work on the PinePhone means installing pulseaudio-bluez essentially - and then it should work. Any suggestion where to put the dependency? Basically we should always install it when pulseaudio and bluez are installed, maybe as a postmarketos-base subpackage with install_if?

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
