Add deviceinfo_chassis to all devices

Wait until https://gitlab.com/postmarketOS/pmbootstrap/-/merge_requests/1933 is merged
add deviceinfo_chassis to all deviceinfo files (!1246 (merged))
Require deviceinfo_chassis to be set in pmbootstrap: pmb.parse.deviceinfo.sanity_check (also done in pmbootstrap!1933 (merged))
