pinetab: enable sd to emmc installation

TODO:

  • make this change for the pinetab
  • build an image with pmbootstrap install --ondev --sdcard=...
  • insert the SD into pinetab
  • verify that installing to eMMC works
  • create the MR
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
