sony-sumire: device port: sony-sumire(Sony Xperia Z5)

New device port for Xperia Z5, currently in beta.

What works:

• Flashing

• Booting

• Wayland

• Wi-Fi

What definitely doesn't:

• Hardware acceleration(might be possible with libhybris, might be added in future)

• DRM

• Charging-sdl broken(not sure why, need to inspect the initramfs)

• Venus(have blobs, just need to wrap all things up)

• Audio(same as venus)

• Camera

• Power management is kinda broken, the phone is boiling hot all the time

Everything else is untested or I simply forgot about it.
