mkinitfs: allow hooks to add modules

The fbkeyboard initramfs hook requires the uinput kernel module. Add functionality to mkinitfs, so the hook can add the module. The two patches are best viewed individually, as the first one finally makes mkinitfs.sh shellcheck compatible.
