postmarketos-base: Add openrc service that creates partition mappings

Administrator requested to merge add-rootfs-device-mapping into master

Fix #156 (closed).

The mount command can fail after util-linux was updated to v2.33. Remounting root partition stopped working unless the rootfs subpartitions exist in /dev/mapper.
