xiaomi-willow: new device

Administrator requested to merge device/xiaomi-willow into master

Works: UART, though it's a pain to solder SSH over usb-c to ethernet adapter Weston on gallium msm_drm Touchscreen, with nonfree firmware

Doesn't: RNDIS (not sure why) Wifi, bt, gpu, etc.

Working on wiki page now.
