device/sony-nicki: switch to armv7

Following !126 (merged), nicki kernel and device packages compile and boot (tested with weston!) with armv7. I copied over the gnu89 patch from huawei-angler device "just cause", not sure whether it wouldn't work without it but at this point if I touch anything it will probably break lol

Thanks for the MR @konradybcio! Now that we have armv7 binary packages in the postmarketOS repo, this could be merged in theory - added a review.

I'm pretty sure I've corrected everything you asked me for now and didn't break git history, also kernel compiles fine without the patch, can't really test if it boots.
