I've been trying to setup a wi-fi hotspot from my PinePhone so I can tether it to my Android phone and start using it as a daily driver. We need to do a few things to make it work though.

I've been following some instructions from https://source.puri.sm/Librem5/gnome-control-center/-/issues/107 and one of the things we're missing is dnsmasq, so we should add that at least.

My Android phone is still currently unable to obtain an IP address, hence the WIP status. I could use some help here.
