[v20.05] Build or1k cross compiler for aarch64

Administrator requested to merge fix/bug696-added-missing-aarch64-support into v20.05

Allow usage of pmbootstrap on aarch64 (e.g. pinebook pro) by adding the missing architecture to APKBUILD.
