huawei-kiwi: new device

Administrator requested to merge kiwi into master

Device finally boots, ssh works, display and touch work great 🎉

Screen currently still blue, after refresh black. Errors in ~/.xsession-errors.
Will try msm-fb-refresher, but suggestions welcome
