xiaomi-tissot: Add firmware for WiFi and fix ramoops

This MR adds firmware required to make WiFi work, an patch for kernel is also added so the ramoops dmesgs can be read properly without having to remove that header every time.

Where did you get the firmware files from? It seems to be your own repository, does it not exist on https://github.com/themuppets for example?
