alcatel-idol347: new device

New mainline port with most things working (usb/wifi/bt/3d-accel/sound/gps). Modem/calls/sms/mobile-data should work but couldn't test it recently due to broken devices.

Actually, before someone merges this already: The wiki page could really use some, well, text :) Can you add some installation instructions, add links to the other wiki pages (like for the other devices) etc?
