main/postmarketos-ui-plasma-mobile: install pre-configured kdewallet

This resolves #1037 (closed) for now. Not a great solution, actually fixing the keyboard input bug would of course be better, but the best of the alternatives imo.

This wallet is empty and has no password set meaning no password prompt will pop-up.
