xiaomi-daisy: Mainlining progress

I am mainlining the Mi A2 Lite. Panel, touchscreen, WiFi, GPU acceleration work with the latest msm8953-mainline kernel. Modem still lacks userspace support and audio is not working. linux-xiaomi-daisy package is not needed anymore.

I updated the firmware-xiaomi-daisy package because it was missing some firmware for modem and gpu.

I also bumped the linux-postmarketos-qcom-msm8953 to the 5.13_r4 version on master, but the stable-5.10.y branch can also work. The kernel config file must be updated to enable support for the panel driver.
