main/linux-postmarketos-qcom-msm8939: new aport + make huawei-kiwi use it + new device htc-m8qlul

Draft because this is pending @funnykiwi testing it on his huawei-kiwi.

You may notice that the msm8939 kernel is on version 5.9-rc7. I understand this is not ideal, however this is the latest version we have that we've got working properly on msm8939. Hopefully either we get it working on a newer kernel ourselves or Linaro submit their msm8939 stuff upstream soon so we can upgrade to something less old, but for now this is better than having many different msm8939 devices using different kernels for little reason. If you have a msm8939 device you are very welcome to add it to this, either by changing your already existing port or basing your new port on this. Feel free to ping me (newbyte:matrix.org) on Matrix if you have any questions about doing that.
